From a practical standpoint, we focus on purchasing, rehabbing, repositioning and holding Class B and Class C multi-family apartment complexes.
Our primary investment focus is on protecting our equity by targeting properties located in stable markets with healthy cash-on-cash returns for investors. Our secondary investment focus is on asset appreciation.
